Fueling The Body

I was at the gas station fueling my car the other day and a very attractive lady pulled up beside me with an eye catching convertible sports car. I don’t want to distract you with the make and model of
her sports car, but let me just say it costs 6 figures.

She got out and filled up her car with the 93 level high octane gas and this got me thinking. Our health would be much better if we treated our bodies the way we treat our cars.

My advice is to start thinking of your body like a very expensive sports car.

  • Do not put junk in into your body; fill it up with only high quality fuel.
  • Prevent adding too much cream and sugar in your coffee or tea as this increase your calories intake.
  • Choose foods that are minimally processed and low in sugar and fat.
  • Increase your fiber intake by eating vegetables and fruits.
  • The best choice to stay hydrated is by drinking water. It will keep you full, help you lose weight and build muscle.
  • Minimize drinking concentrated fruit juices and caffeinated soda
